Welcome to Dr. Barry Katzman's podiatry practice, serving Bellerose, New York, and the surrounding communities. Dr. Katzman, board certified in podiatric orthopedics and published in medical literature for heel spurs, offers expert podiatric services, including physical therapy modalities.
As a podiatrist, Dr. Barry Katzman specializes in diagnosing and treating disorders of the foot, ankle, and lower leg. Podiatrists have expertise in orthopedics, radiography, sports medicine, dermatology, and surgery. Dr. Katzman is often consulted for diabetic foot care, arthritic foot care, wound healing, ankle injuries, bunions, calluses, neuromas, running and general sports-related injuries, and toe deformities.
We perform a variety of diagnostics including the following:
* Biomechanical analysis
* Vascular doppler
Dr. Katzman is board certified in podiatric orthopedics and has been published in the medical literature on heels spurs. He provides treatment for all foot and ankle pathology including but not limited to:
Routine Foot Care corns, calluses, warts, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails.
Diabetic Foot Care diabetic ulcers, neuropathy, custom inserts, diabetic shoes.
Foot and Ankle Trama sprains, strains, laceratons, dislocations, fractures, foreign bodies.
Infections bacterial, fungal and yeast infections of the foot and ankle.
