Dr. Michael A. Garvin has been practicing podiatry on the Treasure Coast of Florida in Port Saint Lucie, for more than twenty years. Many of the conditions that Dr. Garvin treats include foot pain, heel pain, diabetic health concerns, ingrown toenails, and many other foot and ankle conditions and injuries. In addition, he treats many sports injuries related to golfing, dancing, and running such as sprained and fractured ankles. Dr. Garvin's mission is to provide the residents of Saint Lucie County with the highest quality of care in a professional yet comfortable setting.

Dr. Garvin focuses on the care and treatment of medical conditions that involve deformities of the foot, ankle, and lower leg. He has extensive knowledge of congenital deformities, such as Clubfoot, Tarsal Coalition, which is an abnormal fusion of two tarsal bones, and Flexible Flat Foot. He specializes in age related conditions including acquired foot deformities: muscle imbalances and joint misalignment including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, sesamoiditis, metatarsal stress fracture and Morton's neuroma.
Dr. Garvin also treats dermatologic conditions related to the lower extremities such as, nail and skin infections, bunions, hammertoes, bone spurs, corns, calluses, and blisters, as well as other foot and ankle problems associated with diseases such as Diabetes, Peripheral Arterial Disease, and Neuropathy
