It caused severe damage to a tendon in the foot that required surgery. Following the surgery, I experienced severe pain that subsequently required four more operations. While the pain was helped at times, it always returned with a vengeance. Then I met Dr. Gary Small. He noticed I was limping and in pain and without solicitation offered his help. He finally suggested a remarkable new procedure called Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy ( P.R.P). After two treatments I am now completely pain free and walk with no limp. I would not hesitate to recommend this procedure to those who have found no relief through surgery. It was quick.painless and done in his office by his highly trained staff. Dr. Small and his staff are prompt, courteous and care about how you feel and the quality of your life. If you have pain that has not been corrected by traditional surgical methods, you owe it to yourself to try this."

-Robert Lynch
Retired Major North Miami Police Department
Aug. 29, 2012
